Job Summary

RPO Recruitments client, a leading contractor in South Africa, is seeking an experienced Roads and Earthworks Foreman to manage workers, materials, and plant on site in Bethal. The role is for 6 months with the possibility of extension; site accommodation and additional allowances will be provided.

• Supervise and coordinate construction teams to meet programmes and deadlines.
• Manage materials, plant, and site resources effectively.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct setting‑out, levelling and oversee construction processes.
• Apply labour legislation and manage staff performance on site.

• Matric with Maths / NQF4 (advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years experience in roads and earthworks.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, plant and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and manage site teams safely.

Salary:
Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
