Our client, a leading multi‑disciplinary Development Management firm with a significant African footprint, seeks a driven Junior to Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Durbanville‑based team. The role offers exposure to a diverse range of developments and occasional travel to the company’s head office in Namibia and various project sites. • Assisting in the delivery of comprehensive Quantity Surveying services throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supporting senior team members with cost planning, estimates, and feasibility studies.
• Preparing tender and contract documentation.
• Conducting site measurements, valuations, and assisting with final accounts.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑standard project delivery.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying practice.
• Professional registration not required at this stage, but the firm will support mentoring and training for registration. Newly registered candidates seeking growth are also considered.
