Civil Supervisor​/Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as AFP Site Manager on assigned projects
• Plan and control daily/weekly site programmes
• Manage labour, materials, plant, tools and subcontractors
• Read drawings, set out works and enforce correct execution
• Oversee earthworks, excavation, compaction and layer works
• Manage concrete works (foundations, slabs, bunds, bases)
• Structural works including formwork, rebar and minor steel interfaces
• Drainage, trenching, brickwork and finishing works
• Operate and manage Dumpy Level set-out
• Ensure mechanical interface support (bases, thrust blocks)
• Enforce safety compliance and stop unsafe work immediately
• Control quality, inspections, snag lists and as-built records
• Submit daily diaries, progress reports and site feedback
• Supervise teams and subcontractors with strict discipline

• Proven experience in petrochemical / fuel / industrial construction
• Strong civil background (concrete, earthworks, drainage, structures)
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings accurately
• Dumpy Level experience essential
• Strong leadership and site control ability
• Computer literate (Excel, email, reporting, MS Projects)
• Valid Code 08 driver’s licence (PDP advantageous)
• Willing to travel and work away from home
• Sober habits and reliable transport
• Experience on Total Energies, Engen, Vivo, Shell or similar sites advantageous
