Our client based in East Rand within the Property Development Industry is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team within the industrial and warehousing property sector. If you have strong commercial acumen and thrive in a fast-paced property environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Minimum requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
Strong industrial / warehousing project experience
Skilled in project costing, budgeting, and maintenance planning
Experience managing multiple projects
Proficient in Candy and Buildsmart
Relevant QS qualification required

Key Responsibilities:

- Costing and budget management
- Project and contractor oversight
- Tendering and financial reporting
- Maintenance and refurbishment planning
- Ensuring projects remain on budget and on schedule
