Position OverviewSiyabusa Resources requires a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our Finance and Estimating team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed bills of quantities and cost estimates for tenders
- Manage project budgets and cost control
- Prepare and submit monthly payment certificates
- Handle contract administration and variation orders
- Conduct site measurements and valuations
- BSc or
B.Tech in Quantity Surveying - Registered with ASAQS or SACQSP
- Minimum 4 years experience in civil/construction QS
- Experience with JBCC, NEC, or GCC contracts
- Proficiency in CCS Candy or similar estimating software
