We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Contract / Commercial Manager to support the commercial and contractual delivery of electrical and instrumentation construction projects
. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional looking to grow their career while contributing to high-impact projects across Africa.

• Assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies aligned with project objectives
• Manage contracts and subcontract agreements
  , including variations and claims
• Support budget control, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Identify and help mitigate commercial and contractual risks
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project performance and ensure commercial compliance
• Assist with negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes
• Ensure all activities align with legal, safety, and company standards
• Contribute to process improvement and efficiency within commercial practices

• Grade 12 (required)
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field (advantageous)
• 3–7 years’ experience in commercial or contract management within construction
• Exposure to electrical and instrumentation projects preferred
• Experience working on medium to large-scale projects

• Solid understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
• Good financial and analytical skills (cost control, budgeting, reporting)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving ability
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools

• Travel to project sites across Africa may be required
