Location: Durbanville
Edomatch, a well-established property developer, is seeking an experienced Building Foreman for high-end residential developments in Durbanville, Western Cape. You will oversee all on-site construction activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in residential housing developments, with a proven track record in managing multiple units. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. The position is full-time and requires residing in or near the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
