* Key Responsibilities:

* * Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
* Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and labour teams.
* Ensure projects are completed according to programme, quality standards, and specifications.
* Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
* Monitor workmanship and quality control throughout all construction phases.
* Liaise with Site Managers, Contracts Managers, consultants, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* * Minimum 5 years' experience as a Building Foreman on residential housing developments.
* Proven track record in managing multiple housing units simultaneously.
* Strong knowledge of building methods, finishes, and construction sequencing.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Valid driver's licence and own transport.
* Reside in or near the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town (advantageous).
