We are seeking a qualified and experienced Painting Foreman to lead crews and oversee residential and commercial painting projects.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Painting Foreman or in a supervisory painting role
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, coatings, and finishing
• Ability to manage and motivate painting crews
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
• Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and meeting deadlines

• Supervise and coordinate painting crews on site
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to company standards
• Monitor quality control and safety compliance
• Manage materials, equipment, and daily site operations
• Communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members
• Train and support crew members as needed
