Minimum Qualifications / Experience

* Education:

Grade 12 and relevant HSE certifications (e.g., SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, COMSOC or OSHA).

* Experience:

Excellent knowledge of mining/construction compliance and regulatory frameworks.
* Strong understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and Mine Health and Safety Act.
* Proven ability to manage safety files and implement safe working procedures.
* Resilient, organized, and capable of maintaining a strong safety presence on-site
* Must have a valid driver’s license
* Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kathu/surrounding Northern Cape areas.##### Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
* Compliance & Administration:
Complete and maintain comprehensive site safety files to satisfy both employer and client requirements.

* Risk Management:

Conduct routine inspections, audits, and hazard identifications to prevent occupational accidents.
* Training & Communication:
Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and deliver ongoing health and safety training to all site personnel.
* Incident Reporting:
Track and report on key safety KPIs, conduct incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
* Cost Optimization:
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or output##### Please send the following documents to apply:
