Project Manager; Residential

We are urgently seeking Projects Managers with high volume residential experience for one of the South's leading house builders. Based in Kent and with an excellent land bank and live projects throughout the south-east, this builder of premier homes is looking to recruit additional Project Managers to its growing team. Sites are typically 300 - 400 units.

We are seeking candidates with experience with major house builders of both traditional and timber frame housing, who are focused on delivering exceptional quality, and can manage the site efficiently through its delivery teams. You will have full responsibility for all site activity, design, health and safety, quality and commercial elements of the project.
