About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee significant construction projects in the Vereeniging area. This role is crucial for managing all phases of the construction lifecycle, from planning and design through to execution and completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

- Manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion in Vereeniging .

- Oversee site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in construction project management software and techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
