Site Supervisor

Our client is seeking a diligent and proactive Site Supervisor to manage construction activities in Klerksdorp . In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work progresses according to plan and adheres to safety standards. You will lead a team of skilled tradespeople, coordinate material deliveries, and maintain site organization. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of projects and contributing to the reputation of our client as a reliable builder in the North West province.

• Supervise and direct construction site operations and personnel on a daily basis.
• Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and site procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Coordinate the scheduling of workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Monitor site progress, identify potential delays or issues, and report them to the Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
