About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Site Manager to oversee projects in the Benoni area. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role demands strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles. The ideal candidate will effectively manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources to achieve project objectives and maintain high standards of quality and safety, contributing to the company's reputation for excellence in Gauteng.

• Manage all aspects of construction site operations, from mobilization to project close-out.
• Develop and implement detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Control project costs, monitor expenditures, and manage variations.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project supervision and management.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
