Remote Construction Site Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Site Coordinator to manage and facilitate site operations in a fully remote capacity . This role is critical for ensuring seamless communication and coordination between project managers, site teams, suppliers, and clients, irrespective of geographical location. You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all site-related activities align with project goals and timelines.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of construction processes, and proficiency in digital collaboration tools, enabling effective remote management of construction sites.

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between remote project teams, site personnel, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize all project documentation, including plans, permits, progress reports, and safety records.
• Track project progress against established timelines and identify potential delays or issues, escalating them as needed.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to various construction sites.
• Assist in the scheduling of site activities, inspections, and subcontractor appointments.
• Manage and update project management software and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies by liaising with on-site safety officers.

• Proven experience in a Construction Site Coordinator , Project Coordinator, or similar role, preferably with remote responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of construction project life cycles and terminology.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships remotely.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
