About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to oversee projects in Klerksdorp . This role is essential for ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications. You will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that project timelines and quality standards are met. • Direct and supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols on the construction site.
• Monitor the progress of construction tasks and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that arise.
• Manage site resources, including materials and equipment, ensuring they are available when needed and used effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed progress reports to project management.

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or a similar leadership role in construction.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and relevant regulations.
• Knowledge of health and safety best practices in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
