About the Role

Our client requires a diligent and proactive Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at various construction sites in Klerksdorp . This role is vital for ensuring that construction projects are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of construction workers, manage site resources, and ensure strict adherence to project plans and schedules.

The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve project goals. This is an on-site position demanding a practical and hands-on approach to construction management.

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress against the schedule and budget, reporting any deviations.
• Manage the delivery and storage of materials and equipment on site.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
