About the Role

Our client is recruiting for a Construction Apprentice to join their team in Klerksdorp . This is a fantastic entry-level position for individuals interested in learning a trade within the construction industry. You will gain exposure to various aspects of construction, including site preparation, basic carpentry, bricklaying, and general site duties, working alongside experienced tradespeople. This role offers a structured training program designed to equip you with the foundational skills necessary for a career in construction, fostering a safe and productive work environment.

• Assist skilled construction workers with various site tasks.
• Learn and practice basic construction techniques such as measuring, cutting, and fitting materials.
• Help with site preparation, including excavation, formwork, and material handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision.
• Transport materials and tools to and from the work area.

• Grade 10 or equivalent qualification.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of construction safety principles is an advantage.
