About the Role
Our client is seeking a vigilant and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the construction and maintenance of industrial facilities in Benoni . This role demands a proactive approach to ensuring site safety, managing daily operations, and coordinating various trades to meet project deadlines and quality standards. You will be the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring that all construction activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with stringent industrial safety protocols.

- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required specifications.
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors, tradespeople, and site labor.
- Enforce all safety regulations and company policies on site, conducting regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Monitor material delivery and equipment usage, ensuring efficient resource management.
- Maintain accurate daily site reports, including progress, personnel, and any incidents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related queries and issues.
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or Foreman, particularly on industrial facilities .
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices for industrial projects.
- Excellent understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within the Gauteng industrial landscape is preferred.
