Senior Construction Supervisor

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to lead operations for various projects based in Klerksdorp . • Extensive experience (8+ years) in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety standards .
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and project documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
• A relevant trade qualification or certification in Construction Management is highly preferred.
