Position: Contract Participation Goal Manager
Location: Thabazimbi

Develop, implement and monitor the project’s CPG programme in accordance with contractual requirements.
Identify and facilitate opportunities for participation by targeted enterprises, local businesses and subcontractors.
Monitor CPG expenditure, commitments and participation against project targets.
Maintain accurate CPG records, registers and supporting documentation.
Prepare and submit regular CPG progress reports to project management and relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with the client, consultants, project management team, subcontractors and local stakeholders regarding CPG requirements.
Monitor subcontractor and supplier compliance with CPG commitments.
Assist with the onboarding and development of targeted enterprises and local contractors.
Verify supporting documentation, invoices, payments and other information required for CPG reporting.
Identify potential risks or shortfalls against CPG targets and implement corrective actions.
Attend project and stakeholder meetings relating to CPG and local participation.
Ensure all CPG documentation is maintained and readily available for audits.
Support the project team with community participation and local economic development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable contractual, legislative and project-specific requirements.
Grade 12 / Matric.
Relevant Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Development Studies or a related field will be advantageous.
3–5 years’ relevant experience in CPG, targeted procurement, supplier development, local economic development or construction project administration.
Experience working on civil engineering or infrastructure projects will be advantageous.
Strong knowledge of CPG / targeted procurement requirements and project reporting.
Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers and targeted enterprises.
Strong administrative, analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet strict project deadlines.
Must be willing to work on a construction project in Thabazimbi, Limpopo
.
