Overview
WE’RE HIRING – CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT (VEGAS BETS). Vegas Bets is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our growing support team.
Requirements- Willing and able to work night shifts
- Available to work weekends & public holidays
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong customer service mindset
- Comfortable assisting customers via live chat, email, and calls
- Able to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
- Previous online casino / betting industry experience
- Experience in a customer support or call Centre role
