Junior Customer Relations Manager

A busy franchised dealership in Ballito is looking for a friendly, bubbly, well-presented Junior Customer Relations Manager to join their customer experience team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring every customer enjoys a positive dealership experience.

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers regarding their dealership experience.
• Assist in monitoring Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate customer communication and appointments.
• Support dealership marketing and customer engagement initiatives.

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, CRM, or the motor industry will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, professional, and confident.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Computer literate.
• Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
• Stable employment history with contactable references.
