UnifyCX is looking for an extraordinary Customer Support Agents to join our motivated and ambitious team in South Africa.

What Will You Do?

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for answering all inbound customer support inquiries. The overall goal of each experience is to effectively diagnose customer needs to ensure all are addressed.

In This Position You Will
  • Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction
  • Manage your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue
  • Accurately document information exchanged during each call
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Maintain records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Other duties as assigned

To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:

Required Qualifications
  • 1 year Customer Service role preferably in a call center setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Exception al attention-to-detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in the BPO/Call Center industry
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
