First Rand Bank Limited in Limpopo Northam is seeking a dedicated Customer Advisor to deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs and guiding them to the most suitable channels, including eChannels and self-service.
As part of the FNB POP team, you will build relationships, educate customers on digital banking, and strive to meet targets while complying with bank procedures. This is a 12-month hourly rate contract under the Department of Home Affairs initiative.
