Motorpoint is seeking a Customer Service Manager in Maidstone to lead the customer service team and oversee the end-to-end vehicle handover process. You will ensure exceptional service, coordinate with sales and other departments, and drive improvements in the customer journey.
The role requires a proven track record in face-to-face customer service, people management, strong communication, and a full UK driving licence. Weekends and a 40-hour week on a rotating schedule are part of the role.
