About the Role

Our client is searching for a proactive Customer Success Advocate to join their vibrant team in Benoni . • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers.

• Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance on product usage and best practices.

• Previous experience in a customer success , account management, or related client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
• Ability to analyze customer data and identify trends or potential issues.
• Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms is a plus.
