As a PPC Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside experienced Personal Portfolio Consultants, learning about client relationship management, insurance solutions, customer service, and portfolio growth.

• Assist with client onboarding and relationship management.
• Engage with prospective and existing clients, providing information on products and services.
• Conduct client needs analyses and assist in identifying suitable insurance solutions.
• Handle client service, sales, and claims-related enquiries professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and insurance partners.
• Follow up on client queries and provide ongoing support throughout the client journey.
• Assist with achieving team sales and service objectives.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to management when required.
• Stay informed of industry trends and market developments.
• Deliver excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Matric plus a national diploma or degree in a related field.
• Must be unemployed and between 18 and 30 years of age.
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must be willing to work from our offices in Springs, Gauteng.
• No prior experience required.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for customer service are essential.

• Practical experience in client portfolio management.
• Exposure to the short-term insurance industry.
