• Perform a full range of cosmetic dental procedures, including veneers, crowns, bridges, teeth whitening, and smile makeovers.
• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and consultations, developing personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Utilize advanced dental technologies and materials to achieve optimal aesthetic and functional results.
• Mentor and guide associate dentists, dental hygienists, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements and techniques in cosmetic dentistry and implantology.
• Develop and implement practice-wide strategies for preventative care and long-term oral health maintenance.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and infection control are maintained.

• Contribute to practice management and strategic planning initiatives.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree.
• Licensed to practice dentistry in South Africa.
• Minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in general dentistry, with a significant focus on cosmetic and restorative procedures.
• Proven expertise in aesthetic smile design and reconstruction.
• Certification or advanced training in cosmetic dentistry is highly desirable.
• Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and surgical skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with modern dental software and digital imaging technologies.
