Porcelanosa Ballito is our newest franchise showroom, offering a curated selection of products in a design focused environment.

We are looking for a Sales Design Consultant to join our Ballito showroom on a full time, on site basis.

This role is suited to a qualified designer or an individual with strong design experience who also possesses strong sales ability. You will be responsible for designing and presenting bathroom, home and kitchen layouts using Porcelanosa’s 3D design software, while actively managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to order confirmation.

The role requires a balance of creative design, client consultation, and commercial awareness.

• Design kitchen layouts using Porcelanosa 3D design software
• Interpret drawings, measurements, and client briefs
• Present design concepts confidently and guide clients toward final decisions
• Take ownership of the sales process by actively managing leads, following up on quotations, and closing sales
• Use interior design skills to assist client with selecting all available Porcelanosa finishes
• Advise and guide clients on tiles, kitchens, bathrooms, and surface selections
• Prepare accurate quotations based on approved designs
• Manage projects from concept to confirmed order
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain showroom presentation and design areas

• Qualification in interior design, kitchen design, architecture, or a related field or proven professional experience in a design role
• Demonstrated sales ability in a showroom or design environment
• Comfortable working to sales targets and closing deals
• Proficient in 3D design software or similar tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercially minded with attention to detail
• Experience in premium interiors or building finishes is advantageous
