Our client is looking for a Corporate Brand and DTP Specialist to join their team in North Riding – Our client is a well-established, purpose‑led direct‑selling organisation with a strong Sales Force Network. They offer exclusive, quality, branded and affordable products and are focused on creating meaningful earning opportunities and supporting sustainable income growth. They are looking for a highly organised and detail‑oriented Corporate Brand and DTP Specialist to manage and execute print‑ready artwork, packaging layouts, corporate branding, and digital communication materials.
This is a hands‑on, production‑focused role requiring strong technical accuracy, brand governance, and close collaboration with printers and suppliers.
- Prepare accurate, print‑ready artwork for packaging and marketing collateral.
- Apply dielines, colour profiles, bleeds, cutter guides, and printer specifications correctly.
- Ensure artwork meets brand, legal, and regulatory packaging requirements.
- Manage and maintain packaging templates to ensure consistency across ranges and sub‑brands.
- Prepare print documentation and artwork outputs using Excel‑based data where required.
- Apply corporate identity and packaging standards across all outputs.
- Review artwork for consistency, accuracy, and compliance before release.
- Identify risks or inconsistencies and elevate proactively.
- Design and manage large‑format items such as banner walls, pull‑up banners, signage, office wall branding, vehicle branding, and event branding.
- Ensure correct scaling and production readiness for all large‑format outputs.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm specifications, materials, and production requirements.
- Attend installations or supplier sign‑offs when required.
- Design and maintain corporate templates and business documents (PowerPoint and Word).
- Create and update professional presentations for leadership, sales, strategy, and external partners.
- Maintain master template version control and ensure consistent formatting and CI alignment.
- Manage projects from brief to final delivery with strong version control and file management.
- Track tasks and timelines using Click Up.
- Maintain documentation, approvals, and traceability in Coda.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage deadlines across multiple projects.
- Conduct thorough technical checks before releasing files to production.
- Reduce reprints by identifying issues early and improving processes.
- Support the broader creative team with production standards and best practice.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, DTP, or Visual Communication.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in DTP, packaging production, or corporate branding.
- Proven experience in high‑volume packaging and print production environments.
- Strong experience working directly with printers and production suppliers.
- Experience in large‑format and environmental branding.
- Proven ability to manage projects from brief to final production.
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of:
- Colour management and printing techniques
- Dielines, cutter guides, bleeds, crop marks
- Print file specifications and packaging compliance standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Advanced PowerPoint design capability.
- Highly detail-oriented and technically precise.
- Structured, methodical, and calm under pressure.
- Proactive and accountable, with strong ownership of deadlines and quality.
- Confident communicator, able to interpret briefs and raise technical risks early.
