• Strong understanding of socio-economic dynamics, public space design, and sustainable urban development principles.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up) and urban planning/modeling tools.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with municipal planning departments and understanding planning legislation in Gauteng .
