Senior Architectural Drafter

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Drafter to join their dynamic team in Vereeniging . This role is crucial in translating architectural designs into precise and detailed construction documents. You will work collaboratively with architects and project managers, ensuring that all drawings meet regulatory standards and project specifications. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a mix of focused in-office work and the flexibility of remote collaboration.

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD and Revit .
• Develop construction documents, including schedules and specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into architectural drawings.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project teams and consultants.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Assist in managing drawing revisions and maintaining project documentation.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting conventions and construction methods.
• Familiarity with South African building regulations and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
