We are looking for an experienced Training Specialist to create and deliver technical and product training. This role focuses on electronic products, instrumentation, and proximity detection systems. You will work with engineering, product, and operations teams to improve skills across the company.
Key Duties:- Develop and deliver technical training programmes
- Create manuals and e-learning content
- Assess and certify learners
- Provide ongoing coaching and support
- Act as technical expert and update training content
- Registered Assessor & Moderator
- Qualification in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Engineering (preferred)
- 5–7 years technical training experience
- Knowledge of electronics, diagnostics, and fault-finding
- Skilled in training design, facilitation, and coaching
- Digital learning tools experience
- Medically fit, able to travel, and valid Driver’s License
