Postdoctoral fellowship in gravitational waves, Makhanda

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research position at Department of Mathematics (Pure and Applied), Rhodes University, Makhanda, South Africa. The appointment is funded by the National Research Foundation to support the project “The interaction of gravitational waves with matter including astrophysical applications” being led by Prof. N.T. Bishop. The funding for this position is R per year for two years commencing 1 January 2026.
