• A Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience at a tertiary institution or at least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in the field.
• Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and online teaching tools.
• A record of publications in peer-reviewed and/or non-peer-reviewed journals will be an added advantage.
• Proof of current registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) is required.

• Deliver lectures and facilitate learning for undergraduate and Honours-level students.
• Engage in community outreach and development projects.
• Actively participate in departmental, faculty, and university committees, task teams, and relevant professional associations.
• Contribute to the design and development of new undergraduate programmes and modules.
