Job Summary- Implement Early Childhood Developmental Screening.
- Implement Early Childhood and Family Education summer programs for children ages birth to grade 3 and their parents. To include delivery and design of lessons that align with the curriculum practices of the Early Childhood & Family Education program.
- Maintain consistent communication with parents and work with them in the development of their child.
- Maintain attractive and developmentally appropriate learning environments.
- Attend and contribute to program staff meetings and training.
- Majority of class time will be spent outside.
- Valid MN teaching license in appropriate field
- Experience working with highly diverse populations
- Experience working with families of low socio-economic status
- Experience working with young children with no or limited group experiences
Licensed External Hires - Hourly, Schedule D per teacher contract. Current district teachers - view salary grid on teacher contract, Education Minnesota.
Work ScheduleJuly 7 - July 31. Tue 8:30 - 4:00, Wed 8:45 - 3:15, Thu 8:45 - 3:40. Daily assignments will be based on program needs.
