Sasol is offering four Artisan Learnership opportunities for Chemical Plant Operators at its Natref operations in Secunda and Sasolburg. This structured training programme is designed for motivated matriculants who want to build a long-term career in South Africa’s energy and petrochemical industry.

This is a 36-month fixed-term learnership that combines:

• Structured institutional learning
• Practical on-the-job training

Successful candidates will receive hands‑on experience in chemical plant operations while developing technical and safety competencies required in refinery and petrochemical environments.

Learners will:

• Participate in structured training programmes
