The South African Airways Learnership is an exciting opportunity for young individuals who are passionate about aviation and eager to gain practical experience in the industry. The program is designed to provide hands‑on training, mentorship, and theoretical knowledge to help learners develop valuable skills in areas such as customer service, aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, and other specialized fields.

• Participate in structured training sessions and on‑the‑job learning
• Assist experienced professionals in relevant departments
• Gain exposure to airline operations, safety procedures, and customer service
• Follow all regulatory and company policies during training
• Complete all assessments and assignments as required by the program
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast‑paced environment

• South African citizen
• Must have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate with Mathematics and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
