Maseru Private Academy is looking for a passionate, nurturing, and dynamic Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Educator to join its Preschool Department.

Primary& Secondary Schooling (K-12)

If you have a genuine love for young children and believe in creating a safe, stimulating, and joyful learning environment where every child can grow and thrive, the school would love to hear from you.

• A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD).
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an ECCD/preschool environment.
• Experience teaching in a preschool setting.
• Sound knowledge of child development (ages 2–5).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work well within a team.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Registration with TSD.

• Warm, patient, and nurturing.
• Energetic and creative.
• Professional and well-organised.
• Of strong moral values and integrity.
• Committed to excellence in early childhood education.
