Position :
Lecturer – Retail/Supply Chain & Marketing Management

Applicants must have:

• A Master’s degree in Retail Management, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Marketing Management, or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant teaching or professional experience.
• A PhD in a relevant field will be an added advantage.

• Retail Operations Management.
• Store Management and Merchandising.
• Retail Analytics and Sales Forecasting.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Retail Branding.
• Sales Management.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to integrate real-world case studies and industry practices into teaching.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and research skills.

Applicants Must Submit:

• Curriculum Vitae (minimum of three pages).
• Certified copies of:
  • Academic certificates.
  • Academic transcripts.
  • Valid identification document.
• Names and contact details of three (3) contactable professional referees.
• One of the following documents as proof of National Manpower Development Secretariat (NMDS) loan status:
  • Official confirmation that the applicant has fully settled their NMDS sponsorship loan; or
  • Official documentation confirming that the applicant was not sponsored by NMDS; or
  • A signed undertaking authorising the University, upon successful appointment, to deduct monthly NMDS loan repayments directly from the applicant’s salary.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a qualification verification certificate issued by the Council on Higher Education (CHE) of Lesotho.
