Instructional Designer

We're on the lookout for an instructional designer with a problem-solving attitude and out-of-the-box thinking. To be successful in this position, you’ll need to be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas and showing amazing attention to detail. The role involves the design and development of learning experiences that leverage the technological advantages of an online environment and take into account how people learn online.

Within our learner management team, you will collaborate very closely with subject matter experts, course facilitators, and videographers to produce the best online learning experience for students.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience required:

• Proven experience in instructional design and instructional technology.
• Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
• Experience with course development software and Moodle (LMS).
• Visual design skills and the ability to storyboard.
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
