Training Specialist – Head Office | Potchefstroom
Hydropower Systems (Pty) Ltd is looking for a qualified Training Specialist to join our team at Head Office in Potchefstroom.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Assessor, Moderator and Facilitator (SETA-accredited)
- Proven experience in managing training activities both internally and externally
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and managing internal training for HPS employees
- Managing on-site training for mine employees on HPS equipment and systems
- Ensuring all training meets quality, compliance and safety standards
- Creating learning materials for new projects (Learner Guides, Tests, Pre-use Checklists and Assessments)
