About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Early Childhood Development (ECD) Facilitator to join their learning center in Vereeniging . This role is central to providing a stimulating and safe environment for young children, focusing on their holistic development through play-based learning and structured activities. You will guide children through their crucial early years, fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.

This hybrid position allows for both in-center engagement and some remote planning and administrative tasks, contributing to a balanced approach to early education.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and routines for young children.
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
• Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress and identifying needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and learning experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the classroom and learning areas.

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development or a related field.
• Experience working with young children in an ECD setting.
• Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early learning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working with children.
