About the Role

• Ensure all instructional materials adhere to accessibility standards and pedagogical best practices.

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in higher education.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of learning theories, adult learning principles, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE).
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively within a university setting in Klerksdorp .
