About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Early Childhood Educator to join their renowned institution in Klerksdorp . This role is for an individual who is passionate about early learning and possesses a strong understanding of child development and pedagogical best practices. You will be responsible for leading a classroom, mentoring junior educators, and contributing to the development of innovative educational programs that cater to the needs of young children.

• Lead and manage a classroom of young children, providing a stimulating and nurturing learning experience.
• Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum framework.

• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an Early Childhood Educator.
