About the Role
Our client is seeking an inspiring and practical Youth Development Facilitator to deliver essential skills training programs in Nelspruit . This role is dedicated to empowering young people by equipping them with the vocational and life skills needed to succeed in education, employment, and personal development. You will design and deliver engaging training sessions, provide mentorship, and connect youth with opportunities for growth and advancement.

- Design and deliver engaging training modules focused on vocational skills, employability, and life skills development.
- Facilitate workshops and group activities that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork among youth participants.
- Provide individual mentorship and guidance to youth, helping them set and achieve personal and professional goals.
- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Connect youth with potential employers, internship opportunities, and further educational pathways.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and progress reports for all training programs.
- A relevant qualification in Education, Social Work, Youth Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in facilitating training or youth development programs.
- Strong knowledge of youth development principles and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent group facilitation, motivational, and mentoring skills.
