About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher to guide a classroom in their esteemed facility in Klerksdorp. This role is pivotal in shaping the educational journey of young learners, setting high standards for curriculum delivery, classroom management, and student engagement. As the lead teacher, you will mentor other educators, foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment, and collaborate closely with parents to support each child's holistic development.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive, age-appropriate curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

- Conduct regular assessments of student progress and maintain detailed records.

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in an early childhood setting.
- Proven leadership experience or demonstrated potential for leadership.
- Deep understanding of early learning theories and pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification or licensure as required by local education authorities.
