Preschool Teacher and Caregiver

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teacher and Caregiver to lead their classroom in Klerksdorp . This role is fundamental in providing a stimulating and supportive learning environment for young children, focusing on early academic skills, social development, and emotional growth. You will be responsible for creating and implementing an engaging curriculum, managing daily classroom activities, and fostering a positive atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged.

This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about early education and committed to nurturing the foundational years of a child's learning journey within the Klerksdorp community.

• Design and deliver lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
• Manage daily routines, including circle time, learning centers, meals, and nap times.
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating with parents regularly.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom at all times.
• Organize and supervise age-appropriate group activities and outdoor play.

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience teaching or caring for preschool-aged children.
• Solid understanding of early learning frameworks and child development principles.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification are mandatory.
