Head of FET College - Business Studies

Our client, a prominent Further Education and Training (FET) college in Nelspruit , is seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to serve as the Head of Department for Business Studies . This senior management position requires a visionary individual to lead the development, delivery, and quality assurance of all business-related programmes. You will be responsible for managing faculty, enhancing curriculum relevance to industry demands, fostering student success, and contributing to the college's overall strategic objectives.

• Provide academic and administrative leadership for the Business Studies department, including faculty management and development.
• Oversee the design, review, and implementation of FET and possibly higher-level business qualification curricula, ensuring industry relevance and compliance.
• Ensure high-quality teaching and learning delivery, student support, and assessment practices within the department.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and operational efficiency.

• A Master's degree or PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
